Natural Disasters in Georgia
Natural disasters generally happen suddenly, leaving us with little time to prepare. To help the citizens of Georgia prepare for natural disasters before they occur, the Natural Disasters Web site provides valuable, and possibly life-saving, information on floods, hurricanes, drought and other natural disasters.
Walk Georgia. Move more. Live more.
University of Georgia Cooperative Extension invites you to spend eight weeks increasing your physical activity level in a fun, community-oriented way.
Registration for this free program is open August 24 - September 14, 2008. To learn more, please visit www.walkgeorgia.org.
